Disable Selected Events

In some situations, you may want to disable online sales for just some of the events in a production, while continuing to allow sales for the others. An example would be when a single performance has been canceled, but the rest are being put on as scheduled. Here is how to do that:

  1. Make sure online sales are enabled for the production. If that’s not case, sales are disabled for all performances in the production. To check that, set the Select production dropdown to the appropriate production, and set the Select performance dropdown to All [k] performances. If the Allow sales box isn’t checked, check it and submit the update.
  2. Set the Select performance dropdown to the performance whose sales you want to close. Uncheck the Allow sales box and submit the update.
  3. You can repeat the last step for as many individual performances as you want.
